Key features:

• ATEX certification: Our standard worm gear products are supplied for zones 2 and 22 according to the ATEX directive. Products for zones 1 and 21 can be supplied according to the task
• Custom gear ratios: Available in a range of gear ratios from 5.4:1 to 75:1. Other ranges are available on request
• Oil and lubricants: We have a wide range of oil/lubricants for different operating temperatures and for special environments. The gearboxes are lifetime lubricated with fully synthetic oil as standard
• Gear size: We offer gearboxes with center distances from 42 to 99 mm and with output torques from 10 to 891 Nm
• Output shaft material: Our output shafts are made of SS1672-08 as standard. Other materials are possible
• Drive side: For D-side mounting, we offer motor flanges, coupling housings or end covers for other power inlet connections. Customizations are possible
• Finish: We offer surface treatment in different variants. It is also possible to choose your own finish and color
• Compact design: Offers a space-saving solution without compromising on power or efficiency
• Low maintenance: Requires minimal maintenance due to the robust construction and quality materials
• Flexible applications: Suitable for a wide range of industrial applications including conveyor belts, packaging machines and more
• Various sizes: BJ worm gearboxes are available in five standard sizes with cast iron housings. Other housing materials and sizes are available on request

The technology is based on the high qualities that generally characterize worm gearboxes. In addition to the special design, production and assembly methods, the gearboxes meet strict precision requirements. On request, we can prove backlash, tolerances, etc. by means of measurement reports

Clearance values include all clearances for bearings and gears, as well as tolerances for keys and keyways, bearing seats, etc. The backlash values do not include elastic and static deformations due to the loads to which the gearbox is subjected. Contact our specialists for more information.
