What is a pillow block bearing?
A pillow block bearing is a pedestal used to provide support for a rotating shaft with the help of compatible bearings & various accessories. Housing material for a pillow block is typically made of cast iron or cast steel.

 

Stainless steel pillow block bearings
Featuring stainless steel housings AISI 304 and SUC stainless steel bearings AISI 440C, these pillow block bearings ensure durability and corrosion resistance. They come with a stainless steel grease nipple M 6x1 mm, with standard placement at a right angle (0°). The screw set lock secures the bearing in place, with an option for an eccentric collar lock. These bearings are maintenance-free, requiring only regular greasing, and can operate within a temperature range of -20° C to +120° C without the need for surface coating.

 

NG Pillow block bearing in PUR
Designed for the food industry, the NG pillow block bearing in PUR is highly suitable for production equipment. It features a Corrotect-treated spherical lifetime lubricated closed ball bearing, IP66/67 rating, and oil seals with a stainless steel spring on the shaft passage. The dimensions are consistent with other flange bearings in the market, ensuring easy integration. This ball bearing is maintenance-free and the flange housing has been tested by the Danish Technological Institute for quality assurance.
