Description

The Stieber GFR Ø80 mm is a high-performance, roller-type freewheel clutch engineered for modular drive solutions. Designed for integration with a Ø80 mm shaft, the unit supports 500 rpm overrunning speed on the inner race and 1900 rpm on the outer race. It delivers up to 8,500 Nm of torque and mounts via 10 bolt holes for optimal load distribution.
This GFR model is part of the Stieber modular system, supported by two 160-series ball bearings, and requires oil lubrication. The plain outer race is compatible with H7 tolerance bores, and torque transmission occurs via cover plate bolts. It is typically used with F-series covers that ensure proper lubrication and sealing. Two paper seals are supplied for installation between the outer race and cover plate.
