Description

The Stieber GFR Ø100 mm freewheel is a modular, roller-type unit designed for integration in high-torque transmission systems. Supporting up to 350 rpm on the inner race and 1450 rpm on the outer race, this unit delivers 20,000 Nm of clutch torque. It is part of the GFR modular system and requires oil lubrication.
The GFR design uses a plain outer race compatible with H7 bore tolerance and transmits torque via bolts through a matching cover plate. It is bearing-supported with two 160-series ball bearings and must not be axially stressed. Typically used with F-series covers, the system ensures effective sealing and torque transfer. Two paper seals are supplied per unit.
