The Stieber CSK 35mm PP freewheel is a bearing-supported unit designed for integration in drive systems where compactness and high torque transmission are essential. Built into a 62-series deep groove ball bearing, it accommodates a Ø35 mm shaft and offers a maximum torque rating of 175 Nm with a drag torque of 5.8 Nm.

As a PP model, this version features keyways on both the inner and outer races, allowing torque transfer through both the shaft and the housing. Recommended mounting tolerances are h6 for the shaft and H6 for the rigid housing, ensuring accurate alignment and secure fit.

The unit is grease-lubricated, sealed against dust particles >0.3 mm, and suitable for applications involving overrunning, indexing, or backstop. Formchromed sprags significantly increase operational life by improving wear resistance. Oil bath lubrication is also possible.

Operational temperature range: +5°C to +60°C. Use of Nylos-type seals is recommended when system temperatures exceed 50°C.
