The Stieber CSK 35mm P-2RS is a sealed freewheel integrated into a 62-series ball bearing (excluding sizes 8 and 40), engineered for Ø35 mm shafts. This unit delivers a maximum torque of 175 Nm with a drag torque of 8.2 Nm during overrunning.

The inner race is keyed for shaft fit with n6 tolerance, while the outer race requires a press-fit into a rigid steel housing with N6 tolerance. As part of the P-2RS variant, the unit is 5 mm wider than standard CSK types and equipped with lip seals for splash resistance, enabling use in humid, dusty, or contaminated environments.

Equipped with formchromed sprags for enhanced wear resistance and long service life. The internal C5 bearing clearance compensates for press-fit distortion. The unit is factory grease-lubricated, and supports optional oil lubrication.

Recommended temperature range: +5°C to +60°C. For conditions exceeding 50°C, Nylos seals are recommended.
