The Stieber CSK 30mm PP-2RS is a sealed freewheel unit integrated into a 62-series ball bearing, designed for Ø30 mm shaft applications. This model transmits up to 138 Nm of torque with a drag torque of 7.5 Nm in overrunning operation.

Unlike the P-series, the PP-2RS model features keyways on both the inner and outer races, allowing torque to be transmitted via the shaft and the housing. The inner race fits onto the shaft with h6 tolerance, and the outer race is inserted into the housing with H6 tolerance. This dual engagement enables reliable performance in applications where both structural elements must transmit torque.

The unit includes lip seals for splash protection and is 5 mm wider than the standard CSK design, making it well suited for contaminated or humid environments. Formchromed sprags ensure extended service life under demanding cycles. The internal C5 bearing clearance allows for press-fit installation without distortion.

Factory filled with grease; oil bath lubrication is also supported. The unit is recommended for operating temperatures between +5°C and +60°C. For use above 50°C, Nylos seals are advised.
