The Stieber CSK 30mm P-2RS is a sealed freewheel unit built into a 62-series deep groove ball bearing (except sizes 8 and 40), designed for Ø30 mm shafts. It supports a maximum torque of 138 Nm and a drag torque of 7.5 Nm during overrunning.

The inner race includes a keyway for torque transmission on shafts with n6 tolerance, while the outer race must be press-fitted into a rigid housing with N6 tolerance. As part of the P-2RS variant, this unit is 5 mm wider than standard CSK types and features lip seals, providing splash protection for use in damp or contaminated environments.

It is equipped with formchromed sprags to ensure long service life under overrunning duty. A C5 radial clearance is maintained to accommodate dimensional changes caused by press-fitting. Supplied grease-lubricated from factory; oil lubrication is also possible.

Temperature range: +5°C to +60°C. For applications above 50°C, Nylos seals are recommended.
