The Stieber CSK 25mm P-2RS is a compact, sealed freewheel unit built into a 62-series ball bearing (except sizes 8 and 40), designed for Ø25 mm shaft applications. The unit transmits up to 85 Nm of torque with a drag torque of 6 Nm under overrunning conditions.

The inner race features a keyway and is intended for press-fitting onto a shaft with n6 tolerance. The outer race must also be press-fitted into a rigid housing with N6 tolerance. The CSK P-2RS variant is 5 mm wider than the standard CSK version and is fitted with lip seals, making it resistant to water splash and better suited for humid or contaminated operating environments.

The unit includes formchromed sprags, which significantly extend overrunning lifespan. A C5 radial clearance is applied to compensate for press-fit distortion. The unit is grease-lubricated from factory, with the option for oil bath lubrication.

Recommended temperature range: +5°C to +60°C. For operation above 50°C, Nylos seals are recommended.
