The Stieber CSK 15mm PP is a compact freewheel unit integrated into a 62-series deep groove ball bearing, optimized for shaft sizes of Ø15 mm. With a maximum torque capacity of 17 Nm and a drag torque of 0.9 Nm, this design supports overrunning, indexing, or backstopping operations in compact systems.

The CSK PP series features keyways on both the inner and outer races, enabling secure torque transfer via both the shaft and housing. Recommended mounting tolerances are h6 on the shaft and H6 in the housing, ensuring a precise and rigid fit without slippage.

This unit is grease-lubricated at delivery and protected against dust particles >0.3 mm. Oil bath lubrication can be applied if required. To enhance operating life, the freewheel is equipped with formchromed sprags and designed with bearing-supported construction.

Recommended ambient and operating temperature range is +5°C to +60°C. For higher thermal conditions, Nylos seals should be used to maintain protection and performance.
