The Stieber CSK 15mm P-2RS is a sealed freewheel integrated into a 62-series ball bearing (except sizes 8 and 40), developed for Ø15 mm shafts. This unit transmits up to 17 Nm of torque and has a drag torque of 4 Nm under overrunning conditions.

This version features a keyway on the inner race, with press-fit mounting onto shafts with n6 tolerance. The outer race is also press-fitted into a rigid steel housing to N6 tolerance, ensuring precise alignment. The CSK P-2RS is 5 mm wider than the standard CSK type and features lip seals, offering resistance to water splash and particle ingress.

All CSK units are equipped with formchromed sprags, significantly extending operational life under overrunning conditions. The C5 radial clearance compensates for press-fit distortion. It comes grease-lubricated from factory, and oil bath lubrication is also possible.

Recommended operating temperature: +5°C to +60°C. For conditions exceeding 50°C, use of Nylos seals is advised.
