The Stieber AS 35mm freewheel is a non-bearing-supported, roller-type unit engineered for Ø35 mm shafts. It supports clutch overrunning speeds up to 1300 rpm on the inner race and 2000 rpm on the outer race. Designed for compact systems requiring precise torque transmission, it delivers a maximum torque of 143 Nm and a drag torque of 9 Nm.

The unit follows the dimensional standard of 62-series ball bearings, allowing co-location with standard rolling bearings. The inner race is keyed to the shaft, while the outer race must be press-fitted with R6 tolerance into an H7 housing that remains structurally stable after installation.

This model requires external oil lubrication and sealing, and all axial and radial loads must be supported externally. Axial misalignment between inner and outer races is allowed up to ±S/2, enabling more flexible integration in complex assemblies.
