With an outer diameter of 150 mm and an inner race prepared for H7 shaft tolerance, it ensures precise alignment and secure integration into surrounding components.
The unit features a robust steel construction with a brass cage, and includes two 160-series bearings for support of radial and axial loads—note that these must remain free from axial preload to maintain proper function. The design is oil-lubricated and fully sealed, making it well-suited for harsh environments.
Torque is transmitted through the plain outer race, typically by bolting a cover plate. For applications requiring external keying, the ALP version includes a keyway on the outer diameter. Both types are often used with standardized covers for torque transmission and sealing.
