The Stieber AL 120 is a modular roller-type freewheel engineered for overrunning and backstop applications in demanding industrial setups. With a shaft interface diameter of 120 mm and integration via H7-tolerance fits, the unit provides precise coupling and effective torque transfer through a bolted outer cover.
Constructed with hardened steel races and a brass cage, the AL 120 includes two 160-series bearings for radial and axial load support—ensuring stable operation when axially unladen. It is oil-lubricated and delivered with paper seals to facilitate proper sealing during installation. Torque is transmitted through the plain outer race, allowing a compact, bolt-through cover plate interface.
