The R+W SK1 60 W safety coupling is a compact overload protection device, also referred to as a torque limiter or overload clutch. Developed by R+W Antriebselemente GmbH, it prevents damage to rotating equipment by disengaging the drive in case of sudden overload.

Constructed from hardened steel and steel, the SK1 60 W combines strength with precision. It features an adjustable torque range of 50–115 Nm and a maximum torque capacity of 115 Nm. With a length of 54 mm and an outer diameter of Ø73 mm, it is designed for reliable performance even in confined installation spaces. The Ø25 mm H7 bore (D1) ensures an accurate shaft fit, while the coupling size 60 aligns with other components in the SK1 series, enabling easy integration into R+W drive systems.
