With a factory-fixed air gap, the brake ensures straightforward installation with no adjustments needed. As a fail-safe unit, it engages automatically upon power loss (spring force applied), and only releases when energized—offering dependable safety in emergency-stop or secure holding scenarios.
Unpowered, it maintains firm holding; when energized, it releases cleanly—supporting smooth operation in positioning systems, pick-and-place robots, and assembly line equipment.
This variant includes a 1 m pre-attached cable for easy installation. Additional options include manual release, flange adapters, wear indicators, temperature monitoring, low-noise or corrosion-resistant finishes—providing flexible coverage for various operational requirements.
