The Precima FDB 10 is a compact, dependable spring-applied brake delivering 10 Nm of holding torque at 24 VDC, mounted on a Ø20 H7 hub. Its IP54/55-rated housing ensures full protection against dust and high-pressure water jets—ideal for industrial automation, conveyor systems, robotic equipment, and washdown environments.

Equipped with a factory-set air gap, this fixed-gap version ensures hassle-free installation with no adjustments required. As a fail-safe brake, it remains engaged when power is off (spring tension applied) and releases only upon energization—making it ideal for emergency-stop and secure-holding applications.

Unpowered, it firmly holds; when energized, it disengages cleanly—supporting smooth, controlled motion in pick-and-place systems, packaging lines, AGVs, and compact drive systems.
