This fixed-gap version comes with a factory-set air gap, ensuring fast, tool-free installation. As a fail-safe brake, it engages automatically during power loss (spring-driven) and releases cleanly only when energized—offering dependable performance for emergency stop and secure holding tasks.
When unpowered, it holds firmly; when electrified, it disengages promptly—supporting smooth motion in robotic arms, pick-and-place machines, packaging lines, and compact drive systems.
This version includes a 1 m cable for immediate integration. Optional enhancements include manual release, flange adapters, wear indication, temperature monitoring, low-noise or corrosion-resistant variants—allowing flexible adaptation to varying operational requirements.
