The NG waterproof flange bearing F4 Ø30 is a hygienic, corrosion-resistant bearing solution designed for demanding washdown applications in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

This 4-bolt flange bearing features a blue polyurethane housing with steel-reinforced mounting holes for excellent strength and stability. The stainless steel bearing insert combined with nitrile rubber (NBR) seals ensures superior resistance to dust, water, and aggressive cleaning agents. Its IP66/67 rating allows operation in high-pressure washdowns and temporary submersion.

The open cover design enables quick inspection and cleaning access, reducing downtime and improving maintenance efficiency. A straight grease nipple allows easy re-lubrication, while the eccentric locking collar provides a secure fit, preventing shaft slippage under load. Suitable for Ø30 mm shafts with a hole distance of 82.5 mm for precise alignment and reliable performance.
