The NG waterproof flange bearing F4 Ø20 is a hygienic and corrosion-resistant bearing unit designed for demanding washdown environments such as food, beverage, and pharmaceutical production.

This 4-bolt flange bearing features a blue polyurethane housing with steel-reinforced mounting holes for exceptional durability. The housing is fitted with a stainless steel bearing insert and nitrile rubber (NBR) seals, ensuring reliable protection against dust, water, and aggressive cleaning chemicals. With an IP66/67 rating, it withstands both high-pressure washdowns and temporary immersion.

The open cover allows for quick inspection and cleaning access, while the straight grease nipple enables efficient re-lubrication. An eccentric locking collar secures the bearing firmly to the shaft, preventing slippage during operation. Designed for Ø20 mm shafts with a hole distance of 63.5 mm, it ensures precise fit and stable performance.
