The R+W ES2 10 A W safety coupling is a compact overload protection device, also known as a torque limiter or overload clutch. It is part of the ES2 series from R+W Antriebselemente GmbH, a German manufacturer recognized worldwide for high-precision couplings and safety components. These products are designed for maximum reliability in demanding industrial environments.

Built from steel, aluminum and TPU, this model combines strength with lightweight construction and excellent damping properties. It offers an adjustable torque range of 2–6 Nm with a maximum torque of 25 Nm, making it ideal for low-torque, precision drive applications. With a length of 60 mm and an outer diameter of Ø45 mm, it fits easily into compact machine layouts. The unit features both a Ø14 mm H7 bore (D1) and a Ø15 mm H7 bore (D2), ensuring flexible mounting options and precise shaft fit. Corresponding to coupling size 10, it integrates seamlessly with other R+W drive components.
