BEGE MIG Nova+ MN-250-42-0004-12 is a reliable and heavy-duty flange encoder designed for rotation sensing, speed monitoring and basic position feedback in industrial applications. Manufactured in stainless steel, it offers excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, washdown processes and harsh operating environments. This makes it ideal for food processing, marine systems, process equipment, heavy industry and general machinery.
With an outer diameter of 250 mm, a 42 mm shaft diameter and a 12 mm flange thickness, this model is built according to IEC 160B14 standards with BCD 215 for easy integration into both new and existing systems.
The encoder delivers 4 pulses per revolution, making it ideal for simple rotation detection, RPM monitoring and speed measurement where low resolution is sufficient. Typical uses include motors, gearboxes, conveyors and larger rotating machine components.
Supplied with a 100 meter fixed cable, the unit allows long-distance installation between the encoder and control cabinet, making it suitable for large production lines or outdoor systems.
Operating on 5–24 VDC, the encoder provides A90°B / A'90°B' HTL/TTL output signals, ensuring broad compatibility with PLCs, drives and industrial controllers.
With IP55 / IP67 protection rating, the encoder is protected against dust, moisture and water exposure.
