BEGE MIG Nova+ MN-250-42-0002-12 is a robust and reliable flange encoder designed for accurate speed monitoring, rotation sensing and basic position feedback in demanding industrial applications. Manufactured in stainless steel, it offers excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, washdown processes and harsh operating environments. This makes it ideal for food processing, marine systems, process plants, heavy industry and general machinery.
With a 250 mm outer diameter, a 42 mm shaft diameter and a 12 mm flange thickness, this model is built according to IEC 160B14 standards with BCD 215 for easy installation and high compatibility with both new and existing systems.
The encoder provides 2 pulses per revolution, making it ideal for simple rotation detection, RPM monitoring and speed measurement where low resolution feedback is sufficient. It is well suited for motors, gear units, conveyors and rotating equipment where dependable pulse output is required.
This version is supplied with a 50 meter fixed cable, making it particularly suitable for installations with longer distances between the encoder and control cabinet, such as production lines, conveyor systems or outdoor equipment.
Operating on 5–24 VDC, the encoder delivers A90°B / A'90°B' HTL/TTL output signals, ensuring broad compatibility with PLCs, drives, counters and industrial controllers.
With IP55 / IP67 protection rating, the unit is protected against dust, moisture and water exposure.
