Description

BEGE MIG Nova+ MN-250-28-0016-12 is a robust and reliable flange encoder designed for accurate speed monitoring, rotation sensing and position feedback in demanding industrial applications. Manufactured in stainless steel, it offers excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, washdown processes and harsh operating conditions. It is ideal for food processing, marine systems, process plants, conveyors and general machinery.
With a 250 mm outer diameter, a 28 mm shaft diameter and a 12 mm flange thickness, this model is built according to IEC 100/112B5 standards with BCD 215 for easy installation and high compatibility with both new and existing systems.
The encoder provides 16 pulses per revolution, making it ideal for rotation detection, speed monitoring and basic motion control where low to medium resolution feedback is sufficient. Stable signal transmission ensures dependable performance in industrial environments.
This version is supplied with a 100 meter fixed cable, making it especially suitable for installations with long distances between the encoder and control cabinet, such as production lines, conveyor systems or outdoor applications.
Operating on 5–24 VDC, the encoder delivers A90°B / A'90°B' HTL/TTL output signals, ensuring broad compatibility with PLCs, drives, counters and industrial controllers.
