Description
The BEGE MIG Nova+ MN-160-14-0002-7 is a heavy-duty flange encoder designed for reliable rotation, speed monitoring and basic position feedback in industrial applications. Manufactured in stainless steel, it offers excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, cleaning processes and harsh operating environments. This makes it ideal for food processing, marine equipment, packaging lines and other demanding machinery installations.
With an outer diameter of 160 mm, a 14 mm shaft diameter and a 7 mm flange thickness, the encoder is built according to IEC 71B5 standards with BCD 130 for straightforward installation and replacement in existing systems.
The unit provides 2 pulses per revolution, making it well suited for simple speed sensing, rotation detection and machine movement monitoring where high resolution is not required. Typical applications include conveyors, motors, gear units and rotating machine components.
Supplied with a 5 meter fixed cable, the encoder allows flexible mounting and easy connection to control cabinets and automation systems. A wide 5–24 VDC supply range together with A90°B / A'90°B' HTL/TTL output signals ensures compatibility with PLCs, drives and industrial controllers.
With IP55 / IP67 protection rating, the encoder is well protected against dust, water spray and moisture.
